Relationship Building

Connecting across sectors and geographies can be a challenge for leaders in philanthropy. We seek to foster relationships that enable rapid exchange of high-value opportunities so more philanthropic investment can be unlocked to serve learners and communities.

Shared Learning

Engagement in career pathways is growing, sparking new insights and opportunities. Our goal is to share learnings through regular touchpoints, including virtual sessions, in-person events at major conferences, newsletters, and 1:1 connections.

Investments

We identify investments that meet a critical pathways need for learners ages 12-24 and have the potential for national and/or regional impact and scale. Investment vehicles include seed grants, pooled funds, and side-by-side investing.
