The Pathways & Workforce Funder Collaborative seeks to learn from each other and grow our individual and collective impact. We build relationships, elevate expertise and knowledge, and foster opportunities for shared investment. Our members include both national and regional philanthropic organizations.

Collaborative-Sponsored Grant Program Awards $1.5 Million for Career-Connected Learning
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation has awarded more than $1.5 million to five employer-led organizations helping students gain hands-on experience and prepare for careers in high-demand fields. The Pathways with Purpose grant program was supported by this Collaborative, advancing our shared commitment to stronger connections between education and opportunity.
